An office constituted under Coordinator College Development Committee with the support of University Engineering Cell, Jharkhand State Building Construction Corporation Limited and Building Construction Division, Government of Jharkhand looks after the maintenance and proper utilization of existing physical, academic and support facilities available inside the campus. Optimum utilization of available resources always constitutes the basic guideline of policy framing. Whenever any problem related to the maintenance of infrastructure crops up, heads of concerned departments forward their request to the office of Coordinator College Development Committee. Subsequently he assigns the maintenance task to appropriate subordinate staff, who swiftly undertakes the redressal exercise and restores normal functioning of the affected infrastructure/equipment.
